Yang Ming Marine Transport Corporation (Yang Ming) held its 370th Board Meeting on March 14th, 2022 to approve its 2021 annual financial report. The consolidated revenues reached NTD 333.69 billion (USD 11.91 billion) in 2021. Yang Ming posted an all-time high profit after-tax of NTD 165.27 billion (USD 5.9 billion) with full-year EPS of NTD 48.73. The company sets new records for both revenue and profit in 2021. Given the strong financial results delivered last year, the board of directors also approved to distribute a cash dividend of NTD 20 per share.
