After BL draft approval, It is important to clearly state which kind of Print / Release will be worked on to each case.
 

By TELEX RELEASE

To get the TELEX RELEASE you must accomplish the following:

• Prepaid Charges and Local Surcharges must be paid ahead of your request.

• LOI for TELEX RELEASE (issued by Shipper) must be attached to your email request. *

By SEA WAYBILL

To get the SEA WAYBILL you must accomplish the following:

• Prepaid Charges and Local Surcharges must be paid ahead of your request.

• Email documentacion@pma.com.pe to get the SEA WAYBILL.
 

By Original Bill of Lading

To get the Original Bill of Lading you must accomplish the following:

• Prepaid Charges and Local Surcharges must be paid ahead of your request.

•“CERTIFICADO DE RETENCION” must be validated by admfin@pma.com.pe

• Issued at Origin:

•“CARTA DE RECOJO + DNI” must be sent by email to documentacion@pma.com.pe

• Issued at Destination:

• Shipper must clearly state this request by email to documentacion@pma.com.pe
