• For DG cargo rate inquiry, please provide complete following data: commodity, IMO class, UN no.,
volume, packing, destination and vessel/voyage for local office to follow up with HQ and related ports
(transit port/discharging port).
• Please send your DG booking request to email booking indicated in the Export Booking section and
provide MSDS & DG application form.
• Yang Ming will confirm acceptance of the hazardous cargo booking within 3 (three) business day
subject to complete documentation received.
• Upon empty pick-up, please complete and submit DG Declaration Form with booking no, container no
and seal no. The DG document shall be submitted to the terminal for loading process.
