Please send your booking request (Shipping Instruction) via email to our local office:

● When sending your Shipping Instruction for booking request, please include following complete information:

1. Please ensure to state TRADE on your SUBJECT EMAIL using below format

  (a) SI_Trade Company Name Vessel/Voyage POL to POD

       For example  ⇒  SI_ASIA PT.ABC  YM Efficiency V.104N  Jakarta to Kaohsiung

  (b) Please refer to below Trade Code

2. Please including follwoing complete information

- Shipper's  / Consignee's / Notify Party's  name

- Service Contract Number or Approval Freight Number (particularly FOB)

- Vessel Name and Shipping Date

- Port of Loading

- Port of Discharging & Final Destination

- Required Equipment Size/Type/Volume

- Commodity (HS code)

- Special Instructions (if applicable)
