Please contact Equipment team at ulog@yml.ae or call at 04-3971616 Ext 334/302 for return and repair instructions of damage containers or acceptance letter. Please include pictures of the damage in the email (be sure to take one pic of the whole container with container no. clearly identifiable & pics of damage part), EIR (Equipment Interchange Receipt) , and description of the damage.
However, please make sure to check FCL container from all four sides for damages (if possible check bottom as well) & if any damages noticed on FCL container by Consignee or their Transporter while taking FCL delivery from Port, please ask DP World to get damage remarks updated in EIR (Equipment Interchange Receipt) to avoid any additional repairing charges later.
