A)Date of Availability:

Date on which cargo is available for collection by merchants at container yard. Date of availability is also used as a commencing point for calculating free storage time at CY.

B)Demurrage Free Time:A period of time which is allowed to keep cargo and equipment in the container yard free of charge.

Thời gian miễn phí lưu container tại bãi: là thời gian được để hàng hóa và container tại bãi miễn phí

Unless otherwise stated, demurrage free time is counted as from date of availability till the date of cargo and equipment delivery.

Thời gian miễn phí lưu container tại bãi được tính từ ngày container hạ bãi đến ngày khách hàng lấy container hàng tại bãi

C)Demurrage charge:The charge imposed for cargo and equipment kept beyond the free time allowed for taking receipt of cargo in the container yard.

Phí lưu container tại bãi: phí được áp dụng khi hết thời gian lưu bãi miễn phí

D)Detention Free Time:

A period of time which is allowed to keep carriers' container after taking receipt of cargo from container yard.

Thời gian miễn phí lưu container tại kho: là thời gian được để hàng hóa và container tại kho miễn phí

Unless otherwise stated, detention free time is counted as from the day container delivered till the date of return empty equipment to carrier's designed depot.

Thời gian miễn phí lưu container tại kho được tính từ ngày khách hàng lấy container hàng tại bãi đến ngày khách hàng trả container rỗng tại bãi

E)Detention Charge: The charge the merchant pays for detaining carrier's container beyond the prescribed free time period
