Arrival Notice is emailed to Consignee and Notify Party 1-5 days before vessel’s arrival at entry port.

To ensure proper and timely notification of cargo arrival, please instruct shipper at origin to always provide accurate email address and telephone number of consignee and notify party in the shipping instruction.
