As China and Taiwan have already announced their steps to its ECA (Emission Control Area) timeline, the fuel consumption and oil price has increased dramatically in the past few months to comply with the new regulation.
For the additional cost recovery, the low sulphur surcharge of Europe trade will be certainly updated from 06 January, 2019.

1. shipments exported from Asia/Australia to NCP ports and vice versa
2. shipments exported from China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan to MED ports and vice versa
- Pay term: follow prepaid/collect of ocean freight
- Rate: per attachment
