Dear Valued Customers,
In the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic and its impact on vessel schedules, equipment availability, or other internal errors, Shippers’ and Motor Carriers’ contractual obligations to return interchanged equipment may be relieved on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the Carrier considering the disruption or disability on Shippers’ obligations as a direct result of the pandemic. Affected Shippers may submit requests for relief to Carrier for consideration and must include supporting documentation and evidence. At Carrier’s discretion, Carrier may also suspend and/or waive the payment of detention charges as the case may require.
