Export Rail Billing - CP	Please rail bill via YML Rail billing Portal on the YML Web as of Feb 1st 2023 we no longer do rail billing all truckers must be registered and rail bill via portal. Please make sure you are billing between ERD & Cut off dates. RV will be still required, lease have your trucker contact to CN rail in below if there is any issue with reservation.
