Submission: 1 day before vessel ETA.
Late submission: Container remain on board & Penalty
above MYR2000 (depend on the Judge).
•Scrap Shipment
Scrap cargo (3915) POL must get approval from us before
proceed booking.
•Document we need:
Copy JPSPN
Letter of Indemnity.
•Releasing Edo.
Consignee must provide completed document & all payment.
Make sure all outstanding for DEM/DET are cleared before collecting EDO otherwise we unable to release the shipment on time.
Our cut off time to submit document before 4.00 pm for us to smooth arrangement.
Late release : Demurrage incurred.
•Customs manifest.
Compile and declare import manifest to Customs Authority via EDI
submission (CUSCAR) – 1 day before vessel ETA .
Any amendment after container discharge
will be rejected by us and if insist by Shipper or consignee
will under their own arrangement and settle directly with Customs.
•Late submission & amendment penalty (after discharged) **
- Late – MYR 500 to MYR 1000.00.
- Amendment – MYR 1000 to MYR 10,000.
•Deposit Container
We collecting Deposit Container from all customer except
SFFLA under NCD scheme.
Deposit cheque will bank in after due date of DEM/DET
invoice issue.
•OOG cargo
There will over-dimensional (OD) lifting charges for all OOG (Out of Gauge) and un- containerized (U/C) have to be direct discharged. As such consignee/forwarding agents are required to arrange their own chassis or low loader to receive the U/C and OOG containers at the wharf side otherwise will be incurred extra charges and effect vessel operation movement.
